I am an associate professor at the University of Ottawa (2014-present).

I did my B.A. in psychology at the University of Ottawa (1995-1999), an M.A. in moral philosophy at the University of Montreal (2002-2004) and a Ph.D. in developmental psychology at Simon Fraser University (2005-2011). I was a Roots of Empathy instructor in Vancouver (2006-2007) and taught in Japan for a few years.

From 2012-2014, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Pittsburgh, supported by a Canadian Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) Postdoctoral Fellowship, and visiting instructor, working in Dr. Celia Brownell’s Early Social Development Lab.

Actuellement, je suis professeur agrégé à l’Université d’Ottawa (2014-).

J’ai obtenu mon baccalauréat en psychologie à l’Université d’Ottawa, une maîtrise en philosophie morale à l’Université de Montréal, et j’ai poursuivi des études de doctorat en psychologie développementale à l’Université Simon Fraser. J’ai été aussi instructeur à Racine d’empathie en Vancouver. 

Durant les années 2012-2014, j’ai travaillé comme chercheur postdoctoral à l’Université de Pittsburgh, supporté par une bourse de recherche postdoctorale du Conseil de Recherches en Sciences Humaines, et chargé de cours, travaillant dans le laboratoire de Développement social précoce, dirigé par la Professeure Celia Brownell.
